The 2.5-Star Castle Maile Sky Court Hotel is
a good choice for the budget traveler.
Located at the beginning part of Waikiki, it
is in a quieter than hotels in the center.
The hotel is just a short walk across a
beautiful park to Waikiki Beach and the new
and exciting Waikiki Beach Walk area with
it's great restaurants, shops and
entertainment. The building is an older high
rise that features fabulous ocean or city
views on the higher floors.
The Maile Sky Court Hotel property amenities
include a swimming pool, whirlpool spa and
spacious sun deck as well as a pool side bar
with sports on TV, music, darts and nightly
drink specials with great Happy Hour prices
from 10 am to 6 pm. A new steakhouse has
just recently opened on the property, Vit's
Hawaiian Steak House, well worth a visit and
where each morning from 8 to 9 am you can
receive a complimentary continental
breakfast.
Other property amenities include free WiFi
in the lobby, luggage storage, Hospitality
Room (great if you have a late flight back
home), parking (fee), laundry facility,
business services (fee), barber shop, beauty
salon, gift shop, sundry store, activities
desk, 24 hour front desk and security and
more. The hotel also features family
friendly accommodations, with children 17
years and younger free when staying with
parents in existing bedding.
If you intend to spend most of your time in
your hotel room and are expecting luxurious
accommodations you will have to spend
hundreds of dollars more per night. If
instead, you are using the hotel as a base
and as a clean, friendly place to return to
after a full day of activities, than it
would be hard to beat the budget-friendly
Castle Maile Sky Court, which offers great
value at reasonable prices.
