OVERVIEW |

Patients,
visitors and staff are invited to visit this
attractive room located in the Nalani
Building, ground floor. Old records, letters
and photographs of historical interest are
displayed portraying Queen's History.
Exhibits cover a variety of topics related
to the founding of the hospital and the
early days of medicine in Hawaii. The
Historical Room is open Monday through
Friday from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm.
Exhibits include the medical history of
Hawaii, early Hawaiian medicine, the history
of Hawaii's hospitals, and the history of
various medical specialties. Photographs,
medical instruments, medical records and
documents are displayed. Guided tours. |

From
Waikiki: H-1 Ewa bound (Westbound), take the
Vineyard Boulevard off ramp, get in the left
most lane to turn left. Turn left onto
Punchbowl Street to get to the main entrance
of the hospital which will be on your left.
To get to the POB I or POB II parking lots,
make a u-turn back onto Vineyard Boulevard,
get into the extreme right lane and turn off
onto Lusitana Street. |
